DESCRIPTION

Class D stereo power amplifier based on the powerful Pascal M-PRO2 module with UMAC ™ technology. Self-contained SMPS power supply with UREC ™ technology which provides a variable current supply depending on the power required. The input buffer board is the special high performance Rouge PRO-XM. Very powerful and transparent amplifier. Amazing sound clarity especially in the mid-high range. Protect and clip leds on the bottom panel. Balanced and unbalanced inputs selectable via switch.

The Alauda S2 uses the Rouge PRO-XM front end board, realized for the active management of the inputs and the controls. The buffer stage is based on four ICs, two of which are line receivers (THAT 1200) and two Texas Instruments op-amps (OPA 1611). Thanks to this input buffer board the input impedance is increased to 47KΩ (balanced and unbalanced), allowing the amplifier to interface with any source. The performances of the M-PRO2 module are also considerably improved and more suitable for an audiophile use. The low frequency is deeper and more controlled, the sound is clearer but less fatiguing.
