DESCRIPTION

Dual mono class D power amplifier based on two ICEpower 1200AS1 boards with the new ICEedge technology.  Compared to the previous version (based on a single ICEpower1200AS2 board), this new dual mono version has more power because each class D channel is driven by a its integrated PFC type power supply  to deliver  1200W (4Ω) and 38A (per channel).  

Unlike the STUDIO N10DM, the Alauda XS1200 is made with hi-grade chasshis entirely in silver aluminum with lateral heat sinks for a better heat dissipation. The alu panels are entirely hand engraved.  

Schaffner mains filter. Internal shielded AC wiring with Supra LoRad MKII cable.  Balanced and unbalanced inputs (selectable via switch) with passive RCB v2 internal PCB mounted on anticorodal plates (aluminum, magnesium and silicon alloy).  VDH CS-16 high purity OFC (Oxygen-Free Copper) power hook-up wires in star quad configuration.
